Definition:
function is_plugin_inactive( $plugin ) {}

Check whether the plugin is inactive.

Reverse of is_plugin_active(). Used as a callback.

Parameters

string $plugin: Base plugin path from plugins directory.

Return values

returns:True if inactive. False if active.
